Indian Pastor’s Wife Has Complications in Child Birth

Kenneth and Rejane Eagleton

At the end of January, Pastor Evan Guha’s wife, Binita, was rushed to the hospital in India, towards the end of her pregnancy, with a life-threatening condition: eclampsia. Her blood pressure was extremely high and she went into seizures, swelling and bleeding in the brain. An emergency C-section was performed, which saved the baby, and then she was submitted to brain surgery. The medical team did not give much hope for her, but FWBs began praying for her around the world. Binita was in ICU for over a week and she slowly began to show signs of recovery. She regained consciousness and has been transferred to a room. She still has not regained her speech, buts doctors say it will take time. Please continue praying for Binita. Evan and Binita’s son’s name is Ryan Das.

Through all of this, the medical expenses have been mounting and this pastor is not able to pay. Friends of India has set up a GoFundMe account to help raise the needed funds to offset their ongoing medical bills. Besides praying for her, please go to this link and contribute to this need: https://www.gofundme.com/evanbenitaguha-medical-fund
